Diabetes Education
Education is delivered through printed materials, one-on-one guidance, and community events.
Family Support
Emotional support and peer connections are integrated to reduce isolation and stress for both children and caregivers.
Supplies Program
We fund essential supplies such as glucose meters, test strips and insulin storage materials to support children in need.
Partnering with a trusted local community nonprofit clinic to support to children living with Type 1 diabetes and their families
Rather than duplicating services, we work alongside community organizations that already have strong relationships with families, healthcare providers, schools, and local leaders.
